Travelers Services

Our services for the Travelers include but are not limited to the Airport Reception, Hotel Accommodation, Visa Facilitation, Transportation, Car Rentals, Pre/Post Conference Tours, Spouse Programs, Information/Hospitality Desk, Foreign Exchange Counter, etc.

Airport Accommodation
The first contact point of the majority of the delegates is the airport. We preferably set-up and operate a Reception Counter at the airport to serve the delegates on arrival. The staff at the counter will be well trained to take proper care of every requirement the delegates on arrival at the specified airport.

Visa Facilitation
The Visa Facilitation services are provide to the overseas delegates for getting the India Visa.

Hotel Accommodation
As per the event venue and the delegate profile & logistics, we suggest our clients the most viable and suitable accommodation options depending upon their tastes & budgets. Our extensive and harmonious relations with most of the luxury, super deluxe, and the budget category hotels of India, facilitates your cheaper and better accommodation.

Transportation
Our transport movement plan for the conference includes the arrival / departure transfers, shuttle service from various Hotels to the Conference Venue during the conference, and transferring delegates for the various social events.
